Some stuff is simple…

The diet industry loves a good “lie of omission”. Simple stories. Simple solutions. Simple sales.

No wonder people feel confused and like failures. It’s supposed to be so simple.

In reality, it’s complex. However, some simple things can help.

Exercise. Walking. Focusing on whole foods often. Lean protein. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Improving relationships. Working on emotional regulation.

There’s no single hack or trick or solution. Just creating sustainable choices that can help a little bit each day.
