Feeling good doesn’t always feel good

The goal of training is to improve your life, not make it worse.

However …

We’ve all heard the old adage, “training should leave you feeling better than when you started.”

Well, that’s a great premise if we are just training for some basic health. But the second you start training for performance, strength, or hypertrophy… things might be a bit different.

Injuries aren’t a necessity. Ouchies aren’t required. But there’re always a possibility. Don’t let that deter you.

There might be few things better in terms of quality of life than adding resistance training into your routine.
