What makes today different?

November 17, 2020

Change comes to different people at different times. For some it is slow and incremental. For others it is immediate and complete. Much of how we embrace change is simple due to our own readiness and how we approach life.

When we embrace change fully, it’s often at a time when we have what feels like no other choice. We are at a crossroads and there’s a choice to change or continue to suffer. When we feel like our backs are up against the wall, change feels easy. But what about when change is just something we think we should embrace?

If you feel yourself waffling and making choices that don’t align with what you say you want, examine your reasons for change. Examine the way your values align with your reasons for change. Examine what it is you truly want. And if you do truly want change, ask your self this: what makes today different?
