Your perfect week

July 24, 2020
“Well, my week wasn’t perfect…”

So often I will hear this and think, “who’s was?” But I often will also converse with a client and what they deem imperfect is not based on what they want but rather what they think they should want.

If your imperfect week involved a birthday party for your 3 year old where you had a slice of cake or a bowl of ice cream…

If your imperfect week had an anniversary dinner at that Michelin Star rated restaurant you’ve always dreamed of eating at (or getting take away from 😢)…

If your imperfect week was marked by a couple of margaritas while seeing your best friends for the first time in months…

Rethink your view of perfect. Your diet is a part of your life. Not the totality of it. You’ll never look back in five years and wish you had skipped that cake or dinner or margarita. But if you had missed those moments, well, you can never get that back.
