One step

Everything in life begins with a single step. Whether it’s societal change or a change in our fitness, we have to put our shoes on.

Lace up, stop thinking about the finish line, and focus on the step in front of us. The finish line will be there. It doesn’t move. But the only way to reach it is to put one foot in front of the other.
