Food on the Mind Podcast Episode 1: Dr Lisa Lewis

February 11, 2021
I am super excited to announce the launch of my new podcast, Food on the Mind. This is meant to be an extension of the blog/website and an opportunity to speak with a variety of experts about the intersection of body, mind, and spirit. My first guest is psychologist Dr Lisa Lewis. She is an educator, a clinician, an athlete, and a personal mentor of mine. She also has a course available right now called Psych Skills for Fitpros that I highly recommend for anyone who works in the fitness industry. Registration closes Sunday. I hope you enjoy hearing our conversation as much as I enjoyed having it. I always learn so much when I talk with Lisa and I think you can as well.
In the first episode of Food on the Mind I welcome a mentor and someone who has shaped my practice, Dr Lisa Lewis.
