Are your beliefs holding you back?

We often believe half truths or myths based on an emotional response or because these beliefs help us to better identify with a group or tribe. We will believe things that help us to write off behaviors that are antithetical to our goals.

Look at potential beliefs that may be holding you back from lasting change. Audit your expectations against your actions. Examine how your goals match up with your behaviors. What can you do to question your belief structure today?
