1:1 Coaching gives you access to everything found in our SEE Change Group Coaching Program as well as personalized coaching to help you realize your goals. Another nutrition coaching program isn’t what you need. You need to learn the motivations and drivers behind why you overeat and why you struggle with managing weight long term. Part of this is because all you have ever focused on is weight and putting numbers to food. In the Food on the Mind method you will learn to deal with the things that truly matter. With our 1:1 programs you will have a guide to help you to navigate the entire Food on the Mind program and finally put an end to yo yo dieting. Once and for all.

Our method relies on skills, not just some numbers and strategies to avoid foods. With the rooting in our 4 Pillars you will learn that your struggles to lose weight and maintain it long term aren’t singular. They aren’t about just food or exercise. They cover mental, physical, environmental and emotional factors. These skills will develop your ability to maintain better relationships with yourself, with others, with your body and with food. In order to help you end the struggles with emotional eating, binge eating and poor body image we will get to the root of what is causing your struggles and work to change your life, not just your diet.   • Introductory 60-90 minute video call to assess strengths and develop action plan
