Redefining Success: The Journey Matters More Than the Destination

January 7, 2025

How do you define success?

For many of us, success is tied to the end result: the weight we want to lose, the race we want to finish, the goal we want to achieve. But what if the real success isn’t the destination? What if it’s the process?

This year, I challenge you to redefine success.

  • Success is showing up for yourself, even on hard days.
  • Success is learning from your setbacks, not punishing yourself for them.
  • Success is staying curious and compassionate toward yourself as you grow.

When you focus only on the outcome, you miss the beauty of the journey—the lessons, the resilience, the person you’re becoming along the way.

So, instead of asking, Did I hit my goal? try asking, How did I grow today?

The truth is, success isn’t a finish line. It’s a mindset. And when you embrace that, you realize you’re already succeeding, one step at a time.
